Where is my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If it's been longer than expected, send your order number above.
How do I know what size to pick?
Clothing product pages carry a measurement table in centimetres, taken flat. Sizing varies between suppliers, so check the table on the specific item rather than assuming your usual size carries across.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it hasn't shipped, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll sort it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Often, but not always. Tell us which product you're after and we'll let you know if it's coming back.
